— A cigarette pack bearing the effigy of an Armenian mythological character, Tamar. Her brandished torch guides her lover, who is swimming across a lake by night in order to join her. This figure is the starting point of a photographic investigation carried out in Yerevan, in search of statues and silhouettes brandishing objects, which the artist interprets as the celebrations of an ambiguous nationalism —
